Thank you for your recent help in installing our new softener. We have been customers since 1992 and have always had good service from you. I especially appreciated your coming to do the installation on a Saturday morning so we would not be several days without soft water. I was very happy that you drained my hot water heater and checked the water upstairs before you left, to ensure that everything was working properly. I also appreciated that you came back for a recheck a week later.

We had good soft water before, but it does not compare to the new model that you chose for us. It truly is Merle’s Miracle Water. I wish we had a gotten the new softener sooner!
